Works on every Notion plan. No integration, no OAuth, no server. The trade-off: the widget lives on our host, so it needs network access to render, and a workspace serving thousands of page views a day could hit fair-use limits. For offline-safe delivery, use the HTML block tab.

About this component

A focus timer that runs entirely inside the block. Configure work and break lengths from the URL, auto-cycle sessions, and keep a daily session tally. No account, no server, no network calls, which is exactly what Notion's HTML-block sandbox allows.

What it does

  • Circular SVG progress ring that drains as the session runs
  • Auto-advances work → break → work, with a long break every N rounds
  • Daily session tally kept in localStorage (per browser, not synced)
  • Keyboard: Space start/pause, R reset, +1 min
  • Respects prefers-reduced-motion and dark mode

Where people put it

↳Top of a study dashboard next to a task list
↳Writing sprints inside a content calendar page
↳Standup boxes: run a 15-minute timer during the meeting
