About this component

A browser-local findings log for study alias, participant code, severity, screen, and a short evidence note. It stores codes rather than names, and it is not a research repository, ticketing system, or accessibility certification.

What it does

Severity select: Blocker, Major, Minor, Observation, ranking blockers first
Participant codes (P04) instead of names, ready for a study readout
Open blockers, fixed count, and an addressed rate in the header
States: New, Triaged, Fixing, Fixed, Won't fix
