Works on every Notion plan. No integration, no OAuth, no server. The trade-off: the widget lives on our host, so it needs network access to render, and a workspace serving thousands of page views a day could hit fair-use limits. For offline-safe delivery, use the HTML block tab.

About this component

A browser-local incident log for system alias, severity, owner alias, detection date, and a five-step postmortem checklist. It is not a ticket system, status page, pager, or incident review record.

What it does

  • Sev1 to Sev4 priority chips sorted worst-first
  • Postmortem checklist per incident with a completion bar
  • Live totals for open incidents and open Sev1s
  • States: Detected, Mitigating, Monitoring, Resolved, Postmortem done

Where people put it

↳An on-call page that keeps a running private timeline
↳A retrospective aid: which incidents still owe a review
↳A small team that wants severity triage without another tool
