Works on every Notion plan. No integration, no OAuth, no server. The trade-off: the widget lives on our host, so it needs network access to render, and a workspace serving thousands of page views a day could hit fair-use limits. For offline-safe delivery, use the HTML block tab.

About this component

A client-side helper that formats fields you enter into quick APA, MLA, or Chicago-style citation drafts for books, journal articles, and websites. It does not retrieve metadata or save or send your entries. Treat the output as a starting point and verify it against the required style guide, edition, and source details.

What it does

  • Builds as you edit; supports author, title, year, publication details, and URL
  • APA, MLA, and Chicago-inspired quick drafts for three source types
  • Copy button with a manual-selection fallback
  • No metadata lookup, network request, or local persistence

Where people put it

↳A first-pass reference while taking research notes
↳Coursework bibliography drafts
↳A lightweight citation utility beside a reading list
