Works on every Notion plan. No integration, no OAuth, no server. The trade-off: the widget lives on our host, so it needs network access to render, and a workspace serving thousands of page views a day could hit fair-use limits. For offline-safe delivery, use the HTML block tab.

About this component

A browser-local board meeting log that stores meeting aliases, agenda items, and decision notes only. It holds no confidential information, financial data, or official board records and is not a board portal, governance system, or compliance record.

What it does

  • Tracks meeting aliases, attendee counts, agenda items, decision counts, and action item counts.
  • Status flow from Scheduled through Completed, Follow-up, and Archived.
  • Header metrics for total meetings, total attendees, total decisions, and total actions.
  • Filter by meeting or agenda items. Records stay in this browser only.

Where people put it

↳Nonprofits tracking board meetings without a governance system.
↳Organizations maintaining a local log of board notes and decisions.
↳Anyone keeping a personal board meeting log.
